Mr. Menzi Charles Mthethwa, the director of MCN Mthethwa Consulting, holds the following professional memberships:

• Member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA)

• Designated Commissioner of Oaths in terms of the Justices of the Peace and Commissioners of Oaths Act.
